Ingredients:
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup onion and pepper relish (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
Salt and pepper to taste
Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and onion and pepper relish. Stir until well combined.
If using shredded cheddar cheese, fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Taste the dip and season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with some extra relish on top if desired.
